The Coming USS Enterprise False Flag

With the collapse of the oil embargo to force Iran into a confrontation over the Strait of Hormuz, the US and Israel are looking for another way to get the long-sought war with Iran started, and more to the point, need to make it look like Iran is starting hostilities in order to make it politically more difficult for Russia and China to support Iran.

Now, recall that Israel has a past history of attacking US warships and framing others to trick the US into attacks on Israel’s enemies, with the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty (initially blamed on Egypt) as the most well-known example.

So here we have the USS Enterprise, the oldest carrier in the fleet, on her last legs, scheduled to be decommissioned next year. Her name is well known, in part because of the Star Trek TV series. Decommissioning a nuclear aircraft carrier is a very expensive process. USS Enterprise is powered by 8 nuclear reactors, all of which must be disposed of as nuclear waste material along with all the associated machinery. The US Navy would save a great deal of money, more than the scrap worth of the steel, if USS Enterprise were to be sunk in the Persian Gulf, where the radioactive mess is someone else’s problem to deal with.

So, why send an ancient ship at the end of her useful life into harms way? The same reason Franklin Roosevelt moved a bunch of obsolete warships from San Diego to Pearl Harbor, while the newer carriers and warships were well away from Hawaii on December 7th, 1941.

Israel has 3 Dolphin submarines, given to her by Germany. They have been seen transiting the Suez Canal in the past, and could well be operating in the Gulf of Oman, even the Persian Gulf by now, lying in wait for a used-up and obsolete warship, more useful as a sacrificial lamb than an actual weapon, a ship with American sailors, to be attacked as Israel attacked the USS Liberty, then to be blamed on the designated target, Iran, by a compliant media.

This will be a long an detailed blog entry, so grab a banana, sit back, and learn about a potential scam running on YouTube right now. This scam is so simple that it is scary, and YouTube does not seem to give a shit. Back in March 2011 I created a Google Search Story video using a new service supplied by YouTube. On a whim I created a conspiracy search story and uploaded it to my YouTube account. A few months went by and suddenly I got an email from YouTube asking me if I wanted to monetize the video:

Monetizing a Video

Hmmm I thought. Not today. There was not a lot of traffic to the video, leading me to believe that there was no money to be made. Thanks but no thanks, so I took a pass and ignored the email. Fast forward to December 2011 and I noticed a significant increase in my daily blog traffic. We are talking 4x the amount of traffic practically over night. Using Clicky (my stats program), I determined that all of this increased traffic was coming to my homepage from this video. A remarkable thing had happened. It had gone viral. At time of writing this, the video is closing in on 3 million views. When I noticed it back on December 11th it had passed the 600,000 view mark.

Don’t forget the Backlinks

It was a good thing that when I had uploaded the video, I had included a backlink in the info box leading back to this site. I try and do that with every video I upload. Free traffic I always thought…and damn, it works great! Almost all of my videos start with an opening link back to this site in the description. Once I noticed this, I immediately monetized the video. Adsense policies prevent me from discussing details of income earned, but needless to say I was very very very impressed.

Copyright Dispute Run Amok

So the video keeps getting more and more views, earning more and more income, ticking along rather nicely earning me passive income. Things were good in the world of The Mad Ape. Then I woke up on Monday morning to this:

Who is GlobalTVCom?

WTF? GlobalTVCom was laying copyright claim to my video? Granted some of the content belongs to YouTube/Google because they provided the online software for me to create the video, but they were the ones who invited me to earn income from it. That tells me that they have agreed to allow me to use the video for income generating purposes. They make a great income off of it too, so it is a win-win for both of us.

I quickly disputed this claim by GlobalTVCom with YouTube using their online, automated dispute mechanism. Now here is where the story takes a strange twist… I have waited for a few days and when I checked the status of the claim today I got the message:

The Making of A Scam

So I had to wait until I hear from these people. Why I asked myself. Not being one to sit idly by, I looked through the help section of YouTube and found a suggestion to open a dialogue with the entity claiming copyright. YouTube suggested that I contact them through their user name (http://youtube.com/user/GlobalTVCom). So I tried and then BAM… I was met with this:

It says: This account has been terminated due to repeated or severe violations of our Community Guidelines and/or claims of copyright infringement.

So this user, claiming copyright for my video, has had their account suspended for violating claims of copyright infringement. WOW! This blew me away. I have no way of knowing when their account was suspended but this got me thinking of why they did it.

Potential for Theft of Income

Think about this for a minute. A nefarious, unscrupulous YouTube user makes a bunch of YouTube and Google Adsense accounts then systematically browses YouTube for videos that have gone viral. Next they lay copyright claims on them, making sure not to have the video removed but to insert their monetization into the video.  Once they lay a copyright claim, YouTube, if present, removes the uploader’s monetization.

While this proves that I have had income taken from me because of a bogus copyright claim, from here on I have no proof, only supposition as to what is going on. I have to ask myself why someone would do such a thing? Jealousy? Mayhem? While both probable, I took my train of thought down the Scam Track Railway.

Now suppose for a moment that the claimant has had their monetization inserted into the uploader’s video. I have uploaded videos where the owner claims copyright and they insert Adsense ads into them. I have no problem with that. However if it is bogus and if no one argues the copyright claim, or even if the uploader does dispute it, how much money is scammed prior to YouTube and Google Adsense catching up to it?

YouTube’s Poor User Relationships

Sure YouTube and Google Adsense will catch this eventually, and I think that is what happened here, but what if this is done on a massive scale? What are the odds that some of this is going undetected. It is scary to think about the ramifications of this, but shouldn’t this type of thing  be expected when an online service relies too heavily on automation? I don’t care how good a utility is. If left to run with minimal human interaction, someone out there will hack it. Has this happened here? I don’t know for sure but I have some issues with the way that YouTube is handling the situation.

First and foremost YouTube is very poor in its user relations. They are next to impossible to contact and one has to dig into the depths of their site to find a contact form. Currently I have posted in a related discussion on their forums but the only response says that I should wait 10 days. Normally I would not have a problem with that but when the copyright claimant has had their account suspended for false claims of copyright, I think that my video should have the claim dropped immediately.

How Do I Get My Money Back?

Finally, while I said that I normally would not have a problem with waiting the 10 days, I feel that should the copyright claim be decided in the uploader’s favor, that any income lost should be returned from the claimant. I would suppose that this would be a court matter, unless it became part of YouTube’s policies.

Am I out to lunch here? Please tell me what you think is going on? I am hoping that the search engines pick this up, especially the user GlobalTVCom because I am interested to know if others have outstanding copyright claims from this user. You can do you part by spreading awareness by spreading some love throughout the social media. I want to know what is going on. There is no denying that I have been ripped off.

A WARNING TO THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT and THE BANKERS THAT CONTROL IT.

This bill (National Defense Authorization Act) is a declaration of war against the people of America by their own government. All U.S citizens will immediately have the right to take up arms to reclaim their country if this law passes. None will be terrorists. All will be freedom fighters, fighting for a just society against an odious government, legal and financial system. If this law passes, America will no longer be a country governed by the rule of law, as it undermines the very basis of law itself, as a structure for maintaining civilization. When law is usurped for the purpose of tyranny, all bets are off.

The rule of law will die in America, if this law passes as it is. Full scale civil war, will only be a matter of time. Abduction, torture and murder is the cursed trinity at the heart of all odious systems of government. The passing of this bill will qualify the American government as a fully odious regime, with no remaining basis in morality. All of humanity and every American citizen, will be fully justified in opposing the U.S government and it’s enforcers, to bring about it’s downfall.

Every senator who votes this into law, is in reality committing the crime of treason against the nation and citizens of America and a heinous crime against all humanity, for which they can and should be tried and sentenced to life-imprisonment or death. Because together with torture and murder, this law puts in place the final element of the legal framework for the genocide of American citizens. “Legalized” Abduction, torture and murder, means that Satanic government is here. Therefore, for all law makers who have supported abduction, torture and murder (thus creating the conditions for genocide) the day is not far away, when the sentence for your actions, will be life imprisonment or death.

You will not escape the restoration and elevation, of the legal basis of society, that is coming. In fact, your convictions and sentencing, will be the much needed proof, that civilization is restored. So don’t fool yourself that you will be walking away. The same applies to the previous administrations also. All odious rulers, Obama, Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Clintons and satanic politicians and bankers everywhere – your day in court is coming. You think you are protected by your corruption of the law, when in fact you are creating the conditions for it’s improvement that will leave you with no defense for your actions.

All odious politicians, bankers, bureaucrats, agents and executives will be sentenced and punished accordingly, when the time comes. You have been warned. Do not push the world over the edge.

This is not an official statement from the #OWS 99% Movement. As a decentralized leaderless movement, in our opinion, there is no one group, organization, website or individual who can speak for the movement as a whole.

We, a working group of people currently occupying Liberty Park and many other locations throughout the US, are growing increasingly concerned about divide and conquer attempts being made to co-opt the movement. In the following message, we are issuing our first proposed statement. If you agree with the statement, please post it to your website and/or spread it throughout your social networks, both online and offline at occupations throughout the country. If you would like to read this statement at your local GA meetings and vote or edit it, feel free. If you disagree with the statement, please air your disagreements – this is what democracy looks like.

We appreciate, respect and encourage endorsements from individuals and organizations. We invite them. However, just because an individual or organization endorses our movement, does not mean that they in any way have a leadership role in deciding the future direction of this movement. We will not be co-opted by hierarchical organizations. No matter how wonderful their cause may be.

There are many people, organizations and media outlets within both the Democratic and Republican parties who are trying to label us as the Democrat’s version of the Tea Party. In this working groups opinion, not only is this incorrect, but in labeling us this way, you are, whether you realize it or not, undermining the very essence of this movement with your obsolete divide and conquer groupthink propaganda. Just as the mainstream media and both political parties aided and abetted the co-option of the Tea Party by the Republican Party, there is an attempt being made to do the same to us within the Democratic Party.

We the People, We the 99%, are not the pawns of either wing of the two-party oligarchy.

We emphatically reject the attempted leadership of any political party, organization or individual. If there are elected officials or organizations who endorse our movement, we welcome them.

However, they must do so knowing this: Your voice will be just as loud as any other voice. We are led by no one. You cannot co-opt We The People.

Has Tatumba site gone Wikileaks? You be the judge. An insider with Microsoft has revealed all to The Mad Ape. Dude I do not know who you are and I do not want to know but your info tells me what I had long suspected.

So to set up this “Insider  Tells All Story”, I must give some background.

On December 23, 2007 I posted an article titled: “Norton 360 – Great Product if you can install it“. It was one of a 3-part rant where I went off on Symantec whom I said provided shitty products, shitty service, and sleazy business practices.

The articles have continued until this day to draw traffic; so I can only conclude that there still must be some lingering truth to my old rants.

That being said, I received the following commentary on that article from a Microsoft Insider who confirms what I have always suspected; software giants do not give a shit about us. They only care about green and will knowingly deliver defective products to market.

NOW FOR A LEGAL DISCLAIMER: I have no idea if this is legit or not. I post it here as I received it. It will take others to confirm it. My experience is that I have been sold crap under the guise of it being a good product.

Ever so grateful for all this wonderful information. I’ve posted the address up on Amazon. Look for “Mysterious Microburst.”

I *considered* purchasing Norton 360 for my older “door stop” PC desktop & ancient laptop, since the price mysteriously dropped to 50% or less. Having been a software tester for decades, it is my tendency to question why a piece of software is selling so cheaply. Although it angers the optimists around me, I look for worst-case scenarios. I read reviews for the product on Amazon. The majority of people appear to have new machines, fast processors, gobs of RAM and more than adequate space on their Hard Drive(s), so they are thrilled at what a good deal they’ve gotten.

THEN there are the single-star reviews from people who have some very creative ideas about what happened to their machine post-installation. I began researching and found this site. Great stuff..sorry you had to go through this experience but you have done a tremendous service to people who imagine that large software companies like Norton have integrity. You are correct in your observation that matters to these companies is Their Bottom Line. They do not care about the naive consumer, let alone the experienced ones. If a person hasn’t got the latest and greatest equipment, that’s their tough luck. Sadly, those who can’t pony up a thousand or more for “state-of-the-art” equipment are often the people who are buying this product because it looks like such a good deal.

A person can’t afford to throw away 80 bucks, but they can afford to spend 40 bucks — and in too many cases they’d be better off tossing their money into the fire. They don’t bother to uninstall the previous version of Norton because there really shouldn’t be a NEED to manually uninstall a previous version of a product. In most cases, they believe they can UPGRADE. What rational reason can be given to explain that an attempt to upgrade is akin to playing Russian Roulette with a fully loaded gun? Whatever happened to Class Action Lawsuits?

Regrettably, I worked for Microsoft for several years and can confirm everything you assert about large software companies. As a Tester. I sat in many meetings and argued that Developers needed to fix a problem I could hit in half a dozen ways. Here are some of the common responses, as I recall: “We don’t care.” “You’re the ONLY one who has reported this problem. Customers are unlikely to ever encounter it. We’re going to PUNT this one.” “We’ve already blown one ship date. We can’t screw up another. It’s going to ship with this problem. We’ll release a fix for it in an update.” I was PRESSURED to sign off on products I knew to have problems that would wreak havoc when encountered. I remember using the word “altruism” in a meeting and having a dozen people laugh in my face. I resigned from Microsoft while I still had some sense of integrity and morality. I walked away from a large paycheck, many stock options and incredible benefits while I still had some crumbs of sanity left.

Since that time, things have gone steadily downhill. The structure of testing has deteriorated while the people who run the show assert that testing has *improved*. If the guy at the top says it’s better, it MUST be true. heh. The first time I saw and attempted to work with VISTA, I was horrified. I didn’t purchase or install VISTA on any of my machines. By this time I was working a minimum wage gig, tutoring teenagers and young adults with disabilities. Make money or remember what it means to have self-respect and take pride in one’s work. Imagine a teenager who has a form of autism shopping for a laptop. They TRUST the advertising. I attempt to explain that software is designed and tested by human beings and companies are not always telling the truth. Just because a company is huge and successful does not mean you can believe what you see on TV, read in magazine ads or are told by salespeople in stores. They encounter problem after problem in VISTA, including the infamous BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death, for the uninitiated).

This can be a devastating lesson that causes people who demonstrated great promise to abandon computing entirely. People with autism often do not have high frustration tolerance. For some, computer proficiency meant they had a chance of a career, of acquiring technical and social skills that would have allowed them to live independently. When software doesn’t work, when the machine crashes, they do not blame the software or manufacturer: they blame themselves.

This is not sour grapes nor cynicism you’re reading in this comment: this is reality. In small software companies, when I said software wasn’t going to ship until certain problems were corrected and tested, software didn’t ship. I faced off with Developers who were tired of coding — I was tired of testing, but there was no way I’d let the product ship until problems were fixed and I’d tested on every configuration we claimed to support. The owners and management supported me, because they knew one bad release could cost them their business. I never reported a bug that could not be reproduced. And if something was minor and difficult to encounter, it went into the Read Me First document. Nothing that caused a crash and/or data loss went out to the public. Huge software companies that rake in billions of dollars cannot continue to coast on what was once a strong reputation and release bad products to consumers without suffering the consequences.

In a weak economy with free and cheap alternatives that are better, where certain source code is openly available and custom solutions can be created, even customers who have become accustomed to using products from big name companies are going to find the courage to venture into the unknown. Even the most naive person can tell the difference between bad and good, between what works and what doesn’t and learn from experience.

Testing was and should remain the Final Word and it is not the job of the consumer to find and report problems to a company that in all likelihood already knows the problem exists. The monolithic companies are losing ground to smaller players and Linux distros. Unfortunately, there will always be the consumer who trusts the big names to do the right thing, when the opposite is true. To these consumers, I say this: you can become accustomed to mediocrity as many people have and will continue to do. However, until you quit settling for whatever garbage these companies glamorize and put into a pretty new box and begin to complain and/or quietly boycott by refusing to spend another dollar on new versions or “upgrades”, these companies will continue to believe that their consumer base is nothing more than a vast herd of sheep waiting to be fleeced.

A lot of us thought that the Shanghai Exchange would level the playing field and make the CME more accountable to the market. Unfortunately they are doubling down the misery on us as Shanghai are just as much a rogue element as the CME. One raises margins causing nervousness in the markets and sell-offs. Then the other follows up with a carpet bombing sucking the life-force out of the natural markets.

Max Keiser has been right all along. It is a rigged casino where the house always wins. Take his advice and buy the fucking dip and take possession of physical.

So what can we make of this?

1) The powers that be (TPTB) are running out of options. How much longer can they continue to control physical bullion prices with their fraudulent paper? As they continue to raise requirements these scumbags are like parasites, feeding off of themselves. Before long their power over physical will be lost as their paper will no longer have any power to control it. These Fiatards know not the mess they are creating to suppress metal prices, in an effort to keep value in their fiat waste products.

2) If past history is any indicator, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), will likely continue the assault sometime over the weekend before the markets open on Monday.

So what would I do if I owned paper silver products?

1) I would sell all paper gold and silver paper products as soon as possible – The only ones I trust are Sprott Physical Silver Trust (PSLV), Sprott Physical Gold Trust (PHYS), and the Central Fund of Canada (CEF).

2) Then I would sit back and wait for the attack and wait for it to bottom out. Your guess is as good as mine as to when, but a $50 drop in gold and a $3 drop in silver could happen.

3) Then, with my proceeds, I would either buy physical bullion on the dip or if I wanted to enter the rigged casino again, I would buy back in after the attack is over. If you buy physical they will no longer have control of your money. If you want to continue to play, then play smart.

One of these times the Banksters will lose control and the price will break free of their schemes. While that will be good for gold and silver bugs, it will not bode well for humanity. Why? I predict that when TBTB lose control, the economy will have imploded, the world will be at war, and there will be riots in the streets of North America. In that mix somewhere will be a serious false flag terror attack. TPTB need to keep you scared and full of negative energy.

UPDATE: I firmly believe that fiat will destabilize to the point of economic collapse and that governments and Banksters will blame / demonize precious metals and hold their holders /promoters responsible. We will probably be labeled terrorists. It is coming. I know it.

Why do I say this? Because TPTB label anyone who sees through their scams as a terrorist so they can pit the dumbed down masses against them with their mass-hysteria media.

I further predict that governments will confiscate the metals out of these funds and issue their phony fiat to settle accounts. If you are still a player in the rigged casino at that time, then you might as well bend over and kiss your ass goodbye because you will be broke.

Their latest article titled, “Bachmann and Perry – a beautiful 2012 rivalry” sidelines reality according to the globalist script so soundly you can almost hear the noses of Reuters editors’ growing. The GOP Iowa debate saw Ron Paul annihilate the competition with counts showing him as far as three times further ahead of the next runner-up Newt Gingrich. However, the final tally of the Iowa straw poll saw establishment footstool Michele Bachmann eke out Ron Paul by a mere 152 votes. Despite the closeness of the race and the immense political ramifications of a candidate labeled by the corporate media as part of “fringe politics” finishing neck-to-neck with the insincere Bachmann, Reuters decided to write about Rick Perry’s insignificant, meaningless, though establishment approved, entry into the GOP 2012 race instead. Not a single mention of Ron Paul was made.
