Charles has been running all over Fredericton with this sign as a protest to being tossed out of the Liberals 2009 Christmas party that was held at Sweetwaters, a local watering hole, owned by Bryan Miles, Rick’s father.

Charles was pissed because he had received two invitations to the party but staffers tossed him when he could not produce the invite.

Anyway, I find it a tad strange and unprofessional for a politician to hold  such a sign with a BIG smile on his face. If he thinks that this is some sort of joke, it isn’t.

Although Charles is a little bit warped with his definition of Fascism, the label for New Brunswick fits as we use the Casino Gulag Economic Model of Governance.

Screw the New World Order. On September 27th, 2010 vote for real change. VOTE FOR THE MAD APE!

THE MYTH OF DEMOCRACY, GOVERNMENT BY ORGANIZED CRIME

July 4th, Independence Day to Americans is coming up, our 234th.  This is one of a series of patriotic holidays that, though we don’t admit it, are slowly slipping away, Veterans Day also called Remembrance Day or Armistice Day and Memorial Day among them.  We have others but they have long since faded into long weekends for government employees.  The story is the same, parades to remember the dead, the disabled and the veterans, now almost all seen as damaged goods, a burden on society, same story war after war.  Wars have never been what we say they are.  As time goes on we learn that more and more.  Even the cleanest war of all, World War II is falling apart, our propaganda slowly being exposed and, despite continued endless drumming about the holocaust, now little more than durable cover for mass murder in Gaza.

The lines between friend and enemy have blurred.  Today, many historians believe Germany should have won World War I, backed by the US.  History has made that one easy, no Hitler, no holocaust, no communism, no Cold War, no Korea, no Vietnam.  Helping “the Allies” win the war cost a billion people decades of brutal slavery leading to, not just one more war, but every war we have fought since and have yet to fight.  Without Britain and France trying to rule the world, using America as the surrogate for their bastard policies, none of today’s problems would exist.  Whether we are talking Lord Balfour and the Rothschilds or the division of India or Africa or the Balkans, we really screwed up that time.

Three of the only governments the American people can trust, not the American government, as even our own people don’t trust our government, are Russia, China and Vietnam.  How many of the rest were bought by “banksters?”  Certainly the US, Britain, Germany, France, Italy and Israel, in fact it seems they may be the “banksters.”  Can a government be a government when every tax is meant to help the banksters, every weapon meant to enrich their “war profiteer” clients, every treaty, every war, every threat, every new law has to pass the “bankster” seal of approval.

She and other females were told that they would be gang raped and taught a lesson.

Female detainees were stripped searched by male police officers with one female claiming she had a finger put inside of her.

20,000 police and security officials and more than a $1 billion security budget were not enough to stop 75-100 black block anarchists from smashing windows and torching police cars during a 1.5 hour rampage. The Black Block were able to rampage through the street for 24 blocks until they reached the ‘official protest zone’ where they quickly changed clothes dispersed through the crowd of peaceful protesters and then left the site.

The police were fully aware of the rampage and watched the black block from a distance at a number of locations. It wasn’t until they had dispersed into a crowd of peaceful protesters who thought that they were in a sanctioned area that the police took action beating innocent people with batons and spraying them with pepper spray.

Why was this allowed to happen? Police abandoned police cars at Bay and King when they didn’t need to, why? Was this allowed to happen so the Harper government could justify an outrageous security bill when there was no credible terrorist threat (according to CSIS)? Who led this group of vandals? Were they infiltrated by government paid provocateurs as was the case in Montebello where police with masks and rocks attacked their own riot squad?

Is the recession over? Are happy days really here again? Paraphrasing Dickens, my answer is, “For people who are prepared, 2010 will be the best of times. For many, 2010 will be the worst of times.”

The following are a few of my predictions and reasons behind them…

Prediction #1:  The real estate market will crash again.

Pictured above is a graph of mortgage resets. In simple terms, a mortgage reset is when a mortgage comes due. In normal times, refinancing was a simple process…but these are not normal times. Some points of interest:

1.  In September 2008, the mortgage resets hit $35 billion that month. That was the exact time the financial crisis hit. When people could not afford to refinance and began to default, the stock market and banking industry crashed.

2.  The eye of the storm: In the summer of 2009 mortgage resets were low — around $15 billion a month. This is when optimists began to see “green shoots” in the economy. The green shoots were the eye of the storm.  In 2010, as I see it, the second half of the financial hurricane hits. By late 2011, the resets climb to nearly $40 billion a month. The storm will not end until 2012.

3.  The first half of the storm was primarily due to subprime defaults. The second half of the storm will hit more solid homeowners. The question is, can they weather the storm? Will Mac Mansion foreclosures be next?

4.  In America, there are over 40 million people who own more than two homes. Can they afford to carry and refinance two or more mortgages?

5.  Since home values have gone down, many homeowners will find they owe more than their home(s) are worth. Will the bank be kind to them?

6.  The time for using your home as an ATM is over. This is crushing retailers and retail real estate. Shopping centers are in trouble. Strip malls are empyting as shopkeepers close — permanently. This will lead to the crash of the office, warehouse, and other commercial properties.

My prediction:  Obviously these are the best of times if you are a buyer of distressed properties and the worst of times if you are a seller.

Other things I am watching for in 2010:

1. Will China crash? America’s crash has hit China in the gut. The Chinese are laying off millions of workers. Only massive government bailout is keeping the economy afloat. The Chinese boom will eventually go bust…but will it bust in 2010? Only time will tell.

2.  When America stopped importing from China, China stopped importing from the rest of the world. This affects Asian countries as well as Australia, Brazil, and other suppliers of raw materials.

3.  Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke is replacing toxic debt with new debt. By protecting his friends in the mega-banks, he is turning the U.S. into a zombie nation. The recession is over, but America is entering an era we will be calling The New Depression, a period when the rich become extremely rich but everyone else becomes poorer. Taxes will kill anyone working for a paycheck.

4.  The U.S. dollar will grow weaker. If the dollar strengthens, we will have more unemployment because our goods become too expensive and we will export less.

5.  The deficit will increase.  The bailouts for the rich are killing the economy.

6.  Israel may attack Iran. Israel will not tolerate Iran developing nuclear power, even if Iran claims it is for peaceful purposes. If there is an attack, oil prices will go through the roof.

7.  Dead cat bounce. The current stock market rally will probably turn into a dead cat bounce. If the Dow drops below 6500, 5,000 may be the next stop.

The Best of Times

I know I sound painfully pessimistic. I know my predictions are bad news for most people. Yet, for others, bad news is good news.

The following are the bright spots for people who are prepared.

Prediction #2: Gold, silver, and oil will continue to be safe investments in 2010.

The following recaps the year-end prices of gold and silver:

In 2009, the Dow rose approximately 18%. Gold rose approximately 25%. Silver rose approximately 50%.

By the end of 2010, I predict gold will be at $1,775 an ounce, silver at $24 an ounce, and oil at $85 a barrel. If Israel attacks Iran, these predictions will be blown away.

Prediction #3: The next market to crash will be commercial real estate.

Cash flow positive real estate will be even more affordable. 2010 through 2012 will be a real estate buffet for those with cash and access to credit.

My Personal Investments

As I stated in 2002, “You have up to the year 2010 to become prepared.”

The following are things I have done to prepare myself:

1. I started The Rich Dad Company in 1997 because I saw this crisis coming. For the past three years, I have tightened internal controls and prepared for global expansion via a franchise distribution system. The company is debt free with strong income.

2.  2009 was my best real estate year to date. With the Fed handing out large sums of money and pension funds looking for projects to invest in, my real estate holding company has acquired tens of millions of dollars for acquisition of bankrupt properties and development projects.  Development projects are affordable again, as labor, material, and land costs are low and the government is generous with 40-year, low interest, non-recourse loans. People still need a roof over their heads.

3.  My oil development projects have done well. We drilled three wells and hit oil on two of them. Government tax breaks for oil exploration remain generous, even for dry holes.  Even if the economy crashes, we will still burn oil.

4.  I took 90% of my money out of the stock market in 2007. If the Fed raises interest rates, the stock market and real estate market will collapse.

5.  I loaded up on gold and silver between 1996 and 2004.

6.  With the Fed printing trillions of dollars, cash is trash and savers are losers. As soon as I have excess cash I invest in oil, real estate, gold, and silver.

7.  In a zero-interest-rate environment, debtors are winners…but only if you have good debt…debt that’s paid by tenants.

In Conclusion

A few years ago, Japan was ‘King of the Financial World.’ Japan’s economy was the world’s second largest economy — till the bubble burst in 1990.  Japan’s budget went into deficit in 1993. Since then, the deficit has averaged 5.4 percent of GDP per year. As a result, Japanese government debt is now 200 percentof GDP today. The U.S. is following Japan, and China will follow the U.S.

We will not see much inflation because the Fed is not able to print enough money to replace the losses from the burst of the credit bubble. Also, factories have too much excess capacity due to lack of demand, which means prices for consumer goods will remain low and unemployment will remain high. Instead, we will see inflation in gold, silver, oil, some stocks, some real estate sectors, and food — not because values are going up but because the dollar is going down.

Welcome to The New Depression. And may these times be the best of times for you.

Due to certain advertisers having policies that ‘prefer’ that I do not disclose specific income from them, I will just generalize and say that I earned $503.27 US funds for the month ending April 30th, 2009.

This month marked the first time that advertisers approached me and asked to directly advertise on my site. I am taking that cash and investing it back into silver.

Speaking of silver, and precious metals in general, I am seeking a precious metals company to partner with. As of yet, I have not found one that will pay a small affiliate commission for sales I send their way. I thought that I had one a while back but they would not pay commissions on bullion sales, just on their commemorative coins and other trinkets.

So the opportunity exists to some one to hook me up with a reputable precious metals company that has a proven track record and allows the buyer the option to take personal possession of their precious metal purchases.

I am bored to death and needed something to do. Having a little extra cash burning a hole in my pocket, and with the realization that it will probably become worthless, I have decided to invest $1000.00 into the stock market.

This is no joke, no gimmick. The cash has already been invested. More about that in a future blog entry. All of the hoops I’ve jumped through to place my investment with an online broker were a pain in my blue monkey butt. So much so that a separate blog entry is in order to give it the full attention it deserves.

Putting My Money Where My Mouth Is

There are not many people willing to place their money where there mouth is, especially since doing it publicly opens one up to scrutiny from all walks of life. Well my intention is to be as transparent as possible with this investment experiment. I want you to follow along.

I like to poke fun and fingers at all aspects of society just to demonstrate how screwed up it is. My whole persona on here is based on it. I have never come out and said it point blank before until now. But if you have the time look through my archives and you will see what I mean. Yeah there is a lot of nonsense, a lot of humor, but at the end of the day the Hippies had it right with their expression: “turn on, tune in, and drop out.”

The events unfolding right now are unprecedented in our history. I truly believe that what we are witnessing is a collapse of the greatest Ponzi scheme ever perpetrated on humanity. World leaders, both political and financial, think that by throwing more money at it will make things right. Sorry boys you are creating a world of Hyper-Inflation because the money you print is not supported or based on anything except itself. The more you make of it the less value it has.

Am I a Hypocrite?

I guess I could be called one because I am part of the system. Just like you are. I like to think that I have a better understanding than most of how society tries to influence me with its bullshit propaganda and, you know, in a lot of respects it has won.

That being said…I have this extra money which I could use to buy and ounce of gold, but I would sooner use the system to put more gold in my pocket. It would be a great irony to do that. Use worthless pieces of paper to convert into a tangible commodity that will always hold value.

My Investment Strategy

For this experiment I am going to invest in penny stocks to start, with the objective of doubling my money through day trading. I want to be able to do this in 30 days or less. Can I? I don’t know? Will I lose it all? Perhaps…but I think it is worthless junk anyway.

Now before some smart ass posts a comment saying “If you think it is worthless then give it to me.” Let me save you the trouble. I think it is worthless but society does not. I will continue to use it until society finally rejects it…and make no mistake..society will reject it eventually. Paper money and all of the wheeling and dealing behind it is a flawed system.

Thus far my new found knowledge has told me to stay away from pinks. If I can double my money, I will pull it out and buy solid gold bullion and then repeat the process. Either I will go bust or make some money. Win or lose, the $1000.00 I just spent will be entertainment for me and hopefully for you too. Risky Pennies From Heaven – Buy High and Sell Low

Penny stocks are a tad on the risky side but, with the collapse of stock market, I feel that there are a lot of undervalued stocks, forced to penny status because of investors running scared. It is easy to say buy low and sell high but the truth of the matter is most people buy high and sell low.

Forget the Chicken. Listen to the Ape

It is very hard for someone to put their money down when times are turbulent and Chicken Little is screaming at us all. But trust me on this one. Ignore the chicken and listen to the ape. I see this as a great time to invest in the market. The market does not panic. It has no feelings. It exists…at least for now…It is the reactionary influences of people that affect the markets. I know that patience and keeping my feelings out of my buys and sells is what will help me succeed.

With all of the financial uncertainty that exits today, and with the price of stocks dropping like the temperature of a Canadian winter, I think that this is an ideal time to get into the stock market and seek out undervalued stocks.

The Stock Market Will Eventually Collapse

I truly believe that the entire system will collapse because it has been built on pillars of greed, deceit, and lies.  When will it happen? I don’t know. If I knew I would make a great living as a fortune teller.

Building My Own Fort Knox

In the meantime I am going to use this flawed system and milk it for what it is worth and build my own little Fort Knox. And if you think that I will trust my gold to the banks…HAH…the government already made private ownership of gold illegal once. They won’t get mine. Not a chance. As paranoid as I am, I won’t even keep it in my residence or at my place of work. Where you ask? None of your business.

Now here is a leap I bet you won’t take … If you follow good advice you will end up in exactly the same place. You will be watching from the sidelines in ignorant bliss saying “This should be me” to yet another success story that plays out like a broken record deep within your physce.

Even though you won’t admit it, I bet you have been described accurately in the above paragraph. I doubt that you will admit it publicly as it would be a tad self-degrading. Perhaps even admitting it to yourself may be degrading, but you are only degrading yourself if you don’t step up to the plate and take charge of your blogging life and start thinking for yourself.

Too many people spend too much time following others advice. Sometimes we have to use our own brains and think for ourselves. Everyone will jump on any bandwagon and run with it just to try and make a buck or two.

We hear things such as ‘Do this’ or Don’t do that’ to be successful, but when you follow someone else’s self-serving advice on a continuous basis where does it get you? Deeper in debt? Filled with anguish? Pissed off at yourself and the world? Ready to quit?

So now that I have ripped you out a new one what do I do? Well how about this for an ironic twist of fate … You need to follow, you guessed it, the advice of a Mad Ape for a few minutes. When done following my advice never follow anyones again…EVER. That’s right EVER.

Advice is only an opinion and opinions are like assholes…everyone has one, and in the competitive blogging world everyone is trying to make their mark. The people that provide the advice are the ones making the money. While you spend everyday surfing the web trying to learn how to make your mark, the so-called gurus are cashing in and in a big way too.

I could go into a big long rant and give names of people who have others flocking to their sites for their advice and opinions but why bother. The people going there to seek their fortune are clueless lemmings. Ready to jump of the first cliff and plunge into the deep dark cesspool of the blogging abyss.

I really do not care what other blogs say or do. I only care what I say and do. And you should too. No not me twit…you should care about you. Man it is hard knocking this into your thick cranium.

From this moment forward, I want you to go. Leave. Go away. Grab a notepad and jot down where you want to be in 5 years. Now write down, step-by-step, what you are going to do to get there. Not just some Mickey Mouse BS job either. You need to use color-coded flowcharts to make this easy to follow. I want you to record each step on a daily basis making each successive step build on the previous. You know like day 1. Decide on my niche. Day 2 Establish a target audience. Day 3 Marketing Plan etc … Get the picture? … Good. So now you need to get busy with this as you have to plan for the next 1825 days of your life.

Once complete you need to refer back to your notes and write a daily follow-up showing how you stayed on your track to success. I would recommend using a journal. It would be best to write it all on paper then follow it up with a digital version. Perhaps you could keep a track using a daily blog entry on a separate private blog. This will help keep you focused.

Now go on. Get! Scoot! You have a lot of work to do if you want to be the next dot com mogul.

The main reason behind is that the gold standard has been removed from banks so they no longer have to have gold to back the money that they create out of thin air. Scary simply scary! Guess I am glad that my currency is in bananas.

Seriously though, this process can not be sustaining over the long haul. Sooner or later there will have to be a correction and when that happens we should be prepared. Start hoarding precious metals is my philosophy. Gold will always have value!
