They could not afford to cover payroll...or so they said? The sad part was that I worked in their Customer Service Department. They needed to hire more people to get to hundreds of existing issues stemming from NETEFFECT. They took a beating financially on that! So to answer your question "Why would they luanch Formula 5 when they still had unresolved issue existing" MONEY MONEY MONEY. The sad thing is they do offer good info but really do not have the know how to run a real business. Most of the issues were self-inflicted because of poor business judgement. Good Luck!
