Andy, Andy, Andy…what the hell are you doing? Come on man. Your released, what I deemed to be, a sincere apology and then follow it up with the release of F5?
Dude…I can sum this up in two words: TOO SOON! The dust has not even settled on the debacle of the StomperNet 2 release and here you are releasing another new product. StomperNet F5. As you can tell on my little ole blog there are people out here that have not received satisfaction. YOU SHOULD HAVE FIXED THINGS before this new release.
I would usually embed a shameless affiliate link to your product just in case some one wants to buy it, but not this time. I don’t want anything to do with StomperNet or you until I see an improvement in customer service and sensitivity.
Look at it from our point of view. The way I see it is that you issued a public apology to get yourself some face time to lead into the new release. The trick, or should I say savvy, of a good Webtrepreneur is marketing effectively without people feeling that you are…and Andy…you are. This sucks. You guys do do good stuff (hmm I just said dodo – fitting huh?) but I think this release smacks of sleaze.
It is too late to pull in the reins now. The damage is done. I sure hope you learn from this because it has hurt your reputation. Merry Christmas!

I have been called worse. But I must have hit a sore spot with you because you have attacked the messenger instead of presenting a factual case as to why I am wrong in my assessment.
So Jethro, bring it on.

To add some weight to the above comment, look at Arbitrage Conspiracy. Many marketers spat at it, while in the end ending up promoting it. By far I would call you an idiot like the other person above did so disrespectful, as a matter of fact I totally respect you for it. And, then there is the fact of more sales for me, that adds to it as well.

I was laid-off from Stompernet on January 5, 2009, because lack of work! They could not afford to cover payroll…or so they said? The sad part was that I worked in their Customer Service Department. They needed to hire more people to get to hundreds of existing issues stemming from NETEFFECT. They took a beating financially on that! So to answer your question “Why would they luanch Formula 5 when they still had unresolved issue existing” MONEY MONEY MONEY. The sad thing is they do offer good info but really do not have the know how to run a real business. Most of the issues were self-inflicted because of poor business judgement. Good Luck!

Thanks Joseph!
Suddenly I am beginning to see the big picture. I must say I feel vindicated in my initial assessment of their F5 release.
Also I think that that Stompernet is now officially off of my Christmas card list and on my weasel list. It is too bad that their excellent message is being lost in their unscrupulous business practices.

All they want to do is sell one product in top of another to every poor sucker they can find to drain their money with recurring monthly fees that are next ti impossible to cancel without going through a million hoops. Don’t buy anything from them or sign up for anything or you will be sorrry.
