News just released on CTV.ca and CBC.ca. The Liberals, NDP, and Bloc have reached a 1 1/2 year agreement to form a coalition.
Further they have drafted a letter to present to the Governor General. It will be a 24 minister cabinet with 6 members from the NDP. Stephane Dion will be the Prime Minister until a new leader is chosen in May.
They have also drafted a $30 billion Economic Stimulus Package and Canadian Business Leaders are said to be behind it.
Stephen Harper has underestimated the resolve of the opposition and his Caucus is said to be wanting him to step down as Conservative Leader if they are removed from power by the Governor General.
Truly a historic day in Canadian Politics.
Here is the official Conservative Party Theme Song sung by none other than Bananarama. Hey what else would expect from an Ape?
