I have been asked to place the following code into this blog entry so Bidvertiser can verify that I own the blog. Once verified, my RSS feed will be monetized.
BDV-582877-BDV
It was easy to do. I do not know if new members will get the same instructions as existing members so just in case here is step-by-step instructions for you to set up your Bidvertiser account to accept RSS feed.
Here is how it works:
1. Login to your publisher account and click “Add New BidVertiser”. During the Public Beta, you may also click the “Public Beta” link. If you are new to BidVertiser, click here to create a publisher account.
2. Make sure you are under the BidVertiser for your Feed tab.
3. Provide your feed URL and title and click Next.
4. Verify your feed ownership by adding a temporary post with a unique verification code we provide you with.
5. Choose your favorite multiple-subscription Feed Widget and add it to your website or blog. Detail instructions for each of the major blog platforms is provided as part of the process.
You’re done!

When a person is signed into their reader service they will see an ad at the bottom. In this case this posting has a Herbalife ad…I sure hope that Bidvertiser can target my readers better than that or you may see an article that discusses why I dumped them.
If you are not a member of Bidvertiser you need to sign up for this package and add another way to monetize your blog. The RSS feed can sometimes be the only contact you have with readers so having it monetized can help your revenue stream.
After you have signed up you can take it one step further and register as an advertiser to promote your blog. After all they will give you $20.00 in free clicks to get started. There are no strings attached either. If you do not want to continue beyond the free campaign then you can pause the ads after you have spent the$20.00.
