I am a bit confused with Symantec. They have issued me a refund for my copy of Norton 360, saying that they are fulfilling my refund request. Problem is that I did not request a refund. What I did was tell them that they had better help me get it installed and running properly or I would ask for a refund.
Since they did help me get it running, albeit one of the worst software installation experiences I have ever encountered, it is now working properly.
So what do I do now? Did they do this to shut me up – like that is going to work. They never told me to remove the software – so am I allowed to keep it running? They did not expire the software on me and I can still access my download page.
