@Maxheadroom0 Your references to Queen suggests you’re in the UK. The UK attestation states “I … do solemnly and sincerely declare .. that I will well and truly serve the Queen .., upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to all people; and that I will .. prevent all offences against people and property”. The reference to the Queen is so that your government can’t control the police force and is there for your protection from a police state. HTH.

Let this be a lesson. If you have a legitimate complaint, do it through a lawyer and the courts. Every system involving a power hierarchy has always and will always be corrupt to the core, especially that of law enforcement.

Police and other law enforcement allways swear an oath to the Queen or the Crown NOT YOU, in other words… they have no obligation to protect and serve YOU!
Read between the lines, they only answer 911 calls because it’s good public relation to do so. What do you think would happen if a 911 call gets ignored? The only other reason they show up is there is a chance to make some money by making up charges! Ask this question..
How many people have had more troulbe with the cops than with crooks?

@Shoe3003 Does that mean the battle shouldn’t be fought? I for one do NOT welcome our new jackbooted overlords. Definitely don’t fight the police when they are doing their jobs, but absolutely DO fight them when they overreach their authority. Fight them in the newspapers, fight them from the pulpit, fight them from the lectern and the soap box and the blogroll. Don’t ever surrender to oppression because it’s the easy thing to do.

The question : “Why not file a lawsuit?” misses the point that police are criminally hindering the complaint process. The complaint form is being denied the public, for which it (the form) was designed.

Why file a complaint (in equity) when you can file suit by standing as one of the people and making claim in a court of record for damages due to injury and trespass upon your person. Each one of us has un-a-lien-able rights and freedoms at common law.

I see all these comments about how we aren’t going to beat the cops. Bullshit, these motherfuckers WILL HAVE THEIR DAY, they’re having it now. It’s slowly happening, but it is. Nowadays everybody has at the very least a camera on their cell phone and slowly with smart-phones, more and more people are getting high quality video cameras. So if you people see inappropriate behavior by a cop, PLEASE START TO FILM IT ! These pricks have had their day for way too long now, it’s time for us 2 stand
