Here is a little gloom and doom for you today. I just watched an entertaining and downright hilarious video that is predicting another .dot com bubble is about to burst. Although the video is funny, it does have a huge smack of seriousness contained within.
Ask yourself this:
Was YouTube worth 1.65 billion? Facebook 14 billion? I don’t think so and either do the makers of this video. Check it out and while you laugh pay attention to the serious nature of it.
Lawyers try to stop me, I dare you!
This video has been removed by YouTube and Yahoo because of complaints by Lane Hartwell, photographer, who’s imagery appears in the video but was not paid. The web companies bowed to pressure from lawyers. I found a way to get it up and running again and Hartnell can kiss my blue butt.
The video is a parody by a San Francisco band, the Richter Scales….enjoy:
