As a cardiologist, Pim van Lommel was struck by the number of his patients who claimed to have near-death experiences as a result of their heart attacks. As a scientist, this was difficult for him to accept: Wouldn’t it be scientifically irresponsible of him to ignore the evidence of these stories? Van Lommel provides scientific evidence that the near-death phenomenon is an authentic experience that cannot be attributed to imagination, psychosis, or oxygen deprivation. He further reveals that after such a profound experience, most patients’ personalities undergo a permanent change. In van Lommel’s opinion, the current views on the relationship between the brain and consciousness held by most physicians, philosophers, and psychologists are too narrow for a proper understanding of the phenomenon. In Consciousness Beyond Life, van Lommel shows that our consciousness does not always coincide with brain functions and that, remarkably and significantly, consciousness can even be experienced separate from the body.

It goes just a LITTLE deeper than “pure consciousness of experience” because every experience is a CERTAIN KIND of experience. The ontology of experience still requires a first principle that embraces “Qualia”, and not this sort of metaphysics which emphasizes consciousness rather than matter or existential stuff, but yet still avoids confronting the NATURE of experience BEYOND the “objective” qualia of extensionality. We’ll see if he can really GET SOMEWHERE from where he has so far started..

I have the strangest feeling that events that do not involve conscious beings occur all because of our thoughts and ideas on it, like lets say we all really want an event to occur yet its out of our hands, and no one actually says it deliberately but subconsciously through are acts and words we speak, we are telling the universe we want this event to occur, and when all these vibrations by us are sent into the external world they shape reality to occur as we want if we want it enough wat u tink

I think everything exists because it must, as nothing cannot merely exist as it refers to non-existing, so consciousness must be a possibility, we only recognize the time of consciousness, thus thats why am I here?

2. and when we reach the highest level of dreams, thats within a matrix and that matrix is within a matrix and that is within a matrix, exc.
