In this video I go over the different silver I have and why I got into silver eagles with silver snowball, I seriously believe that silver is the ONLY way to go to not only protect your money but also make you A LOT of money when inflation or even hyperinflation hits….

This is 1 Troy Oz. coin made of .999 Pure Silver and shaped into the form of an old Buffalo nickel. Silver is an excellent investment (if it’s pure) because no matter how much value the American dollar loses, silver will hold its value as precious and desired commodity. And this coin is especially collectible because of its craftsmanship and artistic value.

@mich65ek2 where I live in New Zealand there aren’t any coin shops no, I sell on an auction site like Ebay (called Trademe here), so you can have money for your silver in about a week

Is there any silver bullion dealer you can sell your silver coins to in NZ or Aust if you need some cash urgently?
Most of the people i know (European and Asian) do not buy silver. I think it’s not because they are lack of financial education,it’s just how realistic they are.

@MalusImperium Cheap is good, so long as the private mint is one thats well known like the one’s you have mentioned, I recently picked up some Pan American rounds for a good price.
The reason I have alot of govenment issue is because here in New Zealand after silver is imported it’s all relatively the same price regardless of whether it’s govenment or private issue, so if you can get private issue cheaper where you live go with that.

What 1oz bars or rounds do you all recommend?
(1) Government Issued like American Eagles, Australia Koalas, Maples etc – around $2 over spot?
(2) Private Mint Generics like Scotsdale, Apmex, Kitco rounds or bars? – around 50c to $1 over spot
With the private mints – do you prefer rounds or bars?

Who really cares about all the fancy coins. If you are really collection against hyperinflation than all you need is old pre-1964 american silver coins to use after paper money is devalued to use as purchasing power. You are wasting your money on fancy coins. Dumb! Show off!

@madiovich buy it how ever you can get your hands on it, if theres a shop near by I would go there. Check out what prices the bars or coins you are looking at getting are selling for on auction sites like Ebay, that’s a way a suggest you find the fair current market value, it the coin shop is charging to much more don’t buy from there.

I also support investing in silver in 2010 and likely beyond.
Apmex recently sent me a 50 oz stampled bar and I received it in 4 or 5 days. Great transaction.

@buggymak Ultra high purity coins (.9999) are a nice collectors piece, but the metal in the coin is worth no more than .999 purity. Your not actually buying any more silver – but rather paying for it to be purified to a higher standard – a standard well above that needed for any use – as such its abit of a waste.

the best investment for me is the canadian maple leaf for silver.it has the highest premium the puriest off all coins and it been recognised all over the world.and it’s my opinion smaller the better.if the economy goes down i don’t see myself going to the grocery store to buy food with a 1 kilo bar.i know it’s a drastic situation but just an example.keep investing because you never know what’s going to happen the next day.

@KnowlegeSelf Things silver have going for gold doesn’t… it’s also got industrial demand gold doesn’t, it’s consumed meaning it’s supply is dwindling golds isn’t, the USGS predict the earths crust will be depleted of silver by 2020 – no such prediction for gold.
I highly reccomend reading the book I briefly show in the vid, it makes a good case for both metals but does a good job of showing why silver WILL do better.

I’d rather put $8000 into gold. Every time i go to a coin store they are loaded with silver and out of gold and platinum. What makes it so special? The 1:20 rato mentality of correction? Even if so other prices will go with it; food, ammo, gas. That would also suggest gold would go even higher, which would be a better viable option. As for bartering, Trade skills, abilities, and knowledge. They’ll last alot longer. As longterm wealth go with gold

@MirageScience Nice, keep buying while the price is low if you can – it’s been about a year since I did this vid and my collection has grown from about 450 oz to about 540 – 550 oz just by buying an ounce or 2 a week and the odd 10 oz bar when I can afford it.
It all adds up!
