PROTIP: Stop letting pop culture define your identity. It’s made for anti-intellectuals who don’t want to think. All comes from American worship of “equality”.
@xBoBaReNox reminds us and dies. and we don’t do shit. They are here to help us do what is natural and we resist. What the fuck, people…we are all human being of earth. Can you argue that? Why not? Because it is inarguably true? Then, why do all of our actions and communications conflict with the truth? BECAUSE WE ALL LIE TO EVERYONE, ALL THE TIME. STOP LYING!!!!!!!!!
@SscubaStevee Ha ha. I’m gonna deduct from first impressions that you are an officianado of canned laughter and crowds that react to any phrase or word said by a stand-up comedian. The crowd followed Hicks on his ride here, and laughed in appropriate places. Hicks is a edifying comedian remember? He didn’t set out to be nor did he manage to become the funniest stand-up comedian ever.
Try and gain some perspective. Hicks was phenomenal here as was the crowd before him.

I feel like Bill Hicks was revered as a comedian of types but in reality he is a philosophy professor at work!

There is an old saying “There is no such thing as a bad crowd.” All comic know that this is bollocks. That is a bad crowd, and Bill still rocks.

@stevostevie I never really gave much thought to the crowd; I believe this show was filmed in England, maybe that had something to do with it?
