The results are in for Day 1 of my Kitty Litter Experiment. I hope early results are not an indication of how this experiment is going as I have not made one single referral. That sucks. For the last 24 hours I had the following expenditures on Google AdWords:
18 clicks from 20,340 impressions for a click-through rate of 0.08%. The average cost of each click was $1.25 for a total of $22.47.
So a couple of things of note here. I have 794 keywords in my campaign being spread over 21 ad variations. The words are very targeted…I will publicize them at the conclusion of my campaign.
