EMPLOYED. One who is in the service of another. Such a person is entitled to rights and liable to perform certain duties.

The FED is totally owned by U.S. banks, the members of the reserve system….The U.S. is not part of the Commonweath… this guy needs to get another dictionary…

In any case, you don’t need a “S.S.N” to work. Now, if you want privileges and entitlements etc. then you do.

i have no idea if i will get a response back, but as a free-man-on-the-land how do you pay for things. Like do you have a job where you earn income without the use of a S.I.N? That’s one of the things i can’t figure out

There must be a foundation in law for any beliefs or claims.

The problem is that in law a tort (damage) was done to every newborn child.

The remedy has to be provided by the one causing the tort (damage).

The remedy is in “Equity” (fairness) and it was provided to every child from the beginning in the form of the STATEMENT OF BIRTH which protects the child under the Common Law, Guardian Act, and Vital Statistics Act.

In law the remedy to al our problems has existed all along.

Where is the contract between you and Employment insurance commsion with your signature upon it. It is require by law. Also, you are allow to canceal any contract under yhe law. How can the Reciever general take money from your earnings without consent,it requires a contract with your signature on it.

So anyone want to show me one example of this crap working, just one. And i am not talking about the court didn’t want to waste thier time with someone who doesn’t have the coin to pay a debt. I am talking about some form of real proof this konami code works in real life.

@BobDingleful This country was not made, it was stolen from Indians by British colonies. I don’t need a legal basis, I need a lawful basis and common sense to run a country. The assumption to replace government with my own ‘new name government’ is a brave one. Why would I do such a thing when I can wait for this countries own depedency on foreign trade to fall with the rest of the world’s economy. Rather not replace government, just build another one and educate people in their civil rights.

@AlloftheAbove2010 The modern negative connotation of corporation is really a new thing and didn’t exist when the country was made. I am glad to be an asset to this country opposed to others that take away. I am also a stakeholder. Sorry, but I understand the philosophy you are going for but there is no legal basis for it – the legal interpretations are very juvenile and incorrect. As I see it you want to replace government with your own ‘new name government’ – it won’t be any better.

@BobDingleful Yes, I understand that but what the free man on the land movement is doing is re-claiming the legal entity and using it as a shield from the government instead of living under the government. That’s why a persons was created in the first place- as a shield. Free man are connected within their own society whereby the human being is not legally ‘binded’ to a person. And if you do not use your legal entity as a shield it doesn’t matter what you believe, your still an assest.

@AlloftheAbove2010 Yeah, I am property of the corporation Canada. Canada, or countries, aren’t people so they are given different designations and people need to be connected to the virtual machine called a country through legalese. The corporation is a collective, its not meant to mean office towers in new york which is the connotation that is being sought after with the free people of the land. I don’t believe I am owned like an asset like a modern company owns assets, though.

The birth registry started in Canada in 1869, so the scripture and bible recording of births is bullshit. The legalese used to define government is people is simply just that – it is used to take a nontangible entity such as government and apply it to tangible entities, people. The corporate and real version of your names are synonamous and not part of a conspiracy to pay the Rothschilds. This movement has a lot of false information, beware. Why are they always loser pot head types?

A wingnut. A juvenile interpretation of law that can be ripped apart by anyone with true law knowledge. Employ is not about deceit, ploy is a strategic plan for gain, its a modern interpretation that it has deceitful connotations. He uses classical law definitions and modern connotation to create the interpretation. Its a very select view, think outside of his box and the real truth comes out.

The system is by design being taken down , what do you think all this Sustainability Climate change rubbish is about . There preping you psychologyly for the new system there setting up for you . . . . . Think hard people there s bigger game going on . You must destroy the old to bring in the new , simple stuff . It’s NOT “that simple.” “Consent” is far from a verbal agreement. “Consent” can be construed, implied, or demonstrated by a person’s actions, or prior contracts. How you behave, the things you say when in court, etc., can all and will all be used against you in very tricky ways. It is true that admiralty requires your consent, but you MUST be on your “A” game so that you don’t give it in practice.

Please help me understand the idea, I am disabled and cannot do without certain medications and medical services. But I would like to start living without the government’s interference and live ‘free on the land.’
Doing this would certainly make my life easier and living free would give me the ‘freedom’ to move about and live where and when I want to.

LOL the whole thing was an act. Do you see any of them day to day in a prison? No you dont. So you cant confirm that they actually are in prison. In fact the power hour guys already knew how it was all going to go down which is how they were able to catch the shots with the music being played from poker face when the DHS heli come in over the protest. I was there I know.
