I live on the east coast of Canada and, according to the latest weather report, we are in the direct path of Hurricane Noel. I have never been through a hurricane before, so this should be interesting.

In preparation, I have spent all afternoon putting away anything that may become a projectile when this sucker hits. They say it should lose some punch as it approaches, which is good since it is a Category 1 hurricane (just a baby). Still, it will be powerful enough to cause flooding and damage.
If I disappear for a couple of days you will know why. Hopefully I can get some pictures of this as it should be striking us sometime on Saturday afternoon.

We survived the ‘BIG’ storm. It was no different than any other bad rain storm that we get. All hype and no substance.
I am ok with that.
