The rules are straight forward:

1) You must design a new WordPress Theme specifically for the competition.

2) The WordPress theme cannot be an old theme, and it cannot be posted anywhere online before they post it in the competition gallery.

3) The theme for your design is to focus on a WordPress blog, and it must function seamlessly with WordPress 2.2.x and up.

4) Your WordPress theme may incorporate plugins, but the plugins must be listed in the WordPress.org Plugin Directory.

The last date to submit an entry is November 30th, so you better get busy if you want to win.
