I also think it's ironic that you're complaining about people driving SUVs and what not, and yet this whole blog is targeting people who want to make or save more money. At least the people who are supporting Earth Hour are trying to get the message across that the environment is important. Perhaps you don't agree with the methodology, but the exposure being generated ultimately helps educate people and hopefully inspire them to make changes. If you really want to help the environment, perhaps you'd write a post on how to take measures to help it instead of ridiculing others that are attempting that very thing.
