The Bogeyman, Facism, 55% of AIG Money sent offshore

The country, no the world, has gone to hell. We are doomed because of our complacency to what is going on around us. Mob rule rules. When staged angry mobs start showing up on your TV screen protesting bonuses, it is nothing more than a distraction.

AIG – sure they had problems but face it folks, the bonus money is chump change. While the politicians, through their boisterous tantrums, scream for the heads of the AIG fat cats, all they are doing is creating a diversion from the real problem and the sinister forces at play.

The government is calling receivers of the AIG bonuses the bogeyman but they are the real problem. Thanks to their bailout 55% of the AIG money has been sent offshore – and – get this – they are OK with it.

AIG should have been allowed to fail. Sure there would have been pain, but we need some pain to get out of this mess. It is a failed business, but because of its size the government thinks it had no choice but to bail them out.

What is the fallout of this? Totalitarism. Case in point: The government now wants the power to take over ANY business if they think it can harm the economy if it collapses. Public or private, it does not matter.

So what does this say about the government? Put it this way. The last time staged mobs were used as a diversion and government wanted the power to take over private business was in the 1930’s. Remember a guy named Hitler?

So my question is…who is the real Bogeyman?
